Roger is the CEO of Olofsson & Company and is a leading authority on talent capital with a career spanning over 25-years in Singapore. Roger is a trusted advisor to founders, investors and C-Level Executives advising them on talent capital and hyper growth through building high performing teams. He has been closely involved in the success of numerous B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, Fintech and Insurtech firms. Before founding Olofsson & Company, Roger was an executive member of several big brand executive search firms. Roger holds a Master’s degree with a specialisation in Computer Science and Business Marketing from Lulea University of Technology in Sweden.

Xuan is a multilingual, multidisciplinary expert in human resource and business operations. Currently, she supports a team of senior consultants and leads business excellence initiatives and projects. She liaises with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience while remaining client-obsessed at all times. She was previously an HR generalist with experience in multiple functions, including HR operations, talent development, and regional HR projects. Xuan is a Business Management graduate from the Singapore Management University, majoring in organisational behaviour and human resources.

With a 10-year track record placing executive professionals in the financial services, fintech, and professional services arena, Don is known for his dedication to building genuine connections and fostering long-term relationships that have helped companies, teams, and individuals to grow and build success together. He is a versatile head-hunter who has helped stabilise and grow teams in respective functions within market leading organisations. Don has a Bachelor in Business Management from Singapore Management University and a Technical Diploma in Aerospace Electronics from Singapore Polytechnic.

Niharika is a highly experienced leader with a 20 year track record in the Technology Industry across roles in Business Development, Executive Search, Talent Consulting and HR Leadership. She works with hyper-growth tech scale-ups in global markets across the US, UK, Europe and APAC. Niharika has unparalleled experience advising business leaders and is known for her untethered positivity and professionalism. Niharika is passionate about being a true partner to both Business Leaders and her Talent network, she evangelises the power of grit and perseverance for working in high-growth organisations. Leading with a heart and giving to those in need is her life’s mission.

Dae Hee is a highly experienced tech recruitment consultant and has led successful talent acquisition assignments across hyper-growth start-ups and scale-ups in various industries. He specialises in senior professionals in tech, product, and commercial roles. He is passionate about developing genuine relationships and connecting candidates with the right roles to help clients establish and grow their teams in APAC. Dae Hee is a Korean-born Singaporean and has a Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. In his spare time, he likes to watch football and Formula 1.

Simon is an investor in, and advisor to, Olofsson & Company. As chairman of the board of directors he helps support the strategy and growth of the company, and indeed some of its key clients and founders. Prior to this, Simon successfully founded, built and exited a number of international professional services firms with a professional career spanning more than 25-years.
