Roger is a trusted advisor to founders, investors and C-Level Executives advising them on talent capital and hyper growth through building high performing teams. He has been closely involved in the success of numerous B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, Fintech and Insurtech firms. Before founding Olofsson & Company, Roger was an executive member of several big brand executive search firms. Roger holds a Master’s degree with a specialisation in Computer Science and Business Marketing from Lulea University of Technology in Sweden.

With a 10-year track record placing executive professionals in the financial services, fintech, and professional services arena, Don is known for his dedication to building genuine connections and fostering long-term relationships that have helped companies, teams, and individuals to grow and build success together. He is a versatile head-hunter who has helped stabilise and grow teams in respective functions within market leading organisations. Don has a Bachelor in Business Management from Singapore Management University and a Technical Diploma in Aerospace Electronics from Singapore Polytechnic.

As Head of Business Operations at Olofsson, Reyna is dedicated to streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency across the organisation. With extensive experience in business management and reporting to C-suite executives, she brings a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring alignment between operational strategies and company goals. In addition to managing internal operations, she works closely with both clients and candidates, delivering a seamless and professional experience throughout the executive search process. Her dedication to continuous improvement and fostering collaboration contributes to the company’s ongoing success and growth.

Dae Hee is a highly experienced tech recruitment consultant and has led successful talent acquisition assignments across hyper-growth start-ups and scale-ups in various industries. He specialises in senior professionals in tech, product, and commercial roles. He is passionate about developing genuine relationships and connecting candidates with the right roles to help clients establish and grow their teams in APAC. Dae Hee is a Korean-born Singaporean and has a Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. In his spare time, he likes to watch football and Formula 1.

Chloe is a Senior Consultant at Olofsson Consulting and a specialist in enterprise technology and AI transformation across Asia. She partners with consulting firms, tech vendors, and enterprise leaders to drive critical programmes spanning cloud platforms, CRM, ERP, and AI innovation. She has supported large-scale delivery teams on complex transformation projects, including multi-billion-dollar infrastructure builds. Known for her sharp execution and strategic insight, Chloe advises on talent strategy and agile resourcing models. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Chris is a highly experienced applied AI Engineer and Data Architect with a track record in creating AI-powered solutions and massive data analytics platforms. He excels in leveraging Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and full-stack development to optimise processes and enhance decision-making across diverse sectors including technology, education, gaming, and government. Chris is passionate about translating multi-faceted technical capabilities into practical applications and has a proven ability to manage engineering workflows and lead analytical teams. For fun he builds new ways to read historic literature in many languages. He holds an MPP in Computational Analysis from the University of Chicago and a BA from Stanford University.

Market leading expertise in executive search and talent acquisition across the technology, finance, HR, and corporate sectors, Yu Shan brings a well-rounded expertise to her role. She began her career as a researcher and rapidly advanced her career, now specialising in leadership and technical talent. Her track record includes numerous successful placements across the Southeast Asia region. Yu Shan is passionate about building strong relationships and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities to support organizational growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the National University of Singapore. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through exploring and engaging in various sports activities.

Simon is an investor in, and advisor to, Olofsson & Company. As chairman of the board of directors he helps support the strategy and growth of the company, and indeed some of its key clients and founders. Prior to this, Simon successfully founded, built and exited a number of international professional services firms with a professional career spanning more than 25-years.
